Cloverleaf Barrel Racing

Measurements:

(from the North Texas High School Rodeo Association by-laws and rules 2008-2009)

 1.  Ideal barrel pattern:  60 feet from starting line to first barrel, 90 feet to second barrel and 90 feet to third barrel.  If arena size does not permit this pattern, third barrel to be no further than 105 from the center line of barrels one and two.

 2.  Barrels are to be at least 20 feet from the nearest arena fence.

Our Pattern @ Ruffin Arena:

We do measure the 20 feet from the fence and we measure 60 feet from the timer line to barrels one and two, it is 150 feet from timer line to the third barrel (90 feet from the 1st/2nd barrels).

Prospective members are welcome to learn more about us by attending an event.
